Each ticket is also good for a steak dinner and musical entertainment during dinner at the raffle. You may purchase one additional meal on a ticket for $10 extra.

Dinner entertainment: Don Cox

Don was born in Belhaven, NC. He has a wife Rachel and Daughter – Brianna Cox. Began music career when he joined the Super Grit Cowboy Band in 1984 as a pianist and vocalist…toured the United States and Canada as a member of the band for 9 years. Super Grit made several TV appearances on shows such as The Ralph Emery Show. In 1993 Don became a solo artist and formed the Don Cox Band and soon signed a record deal with Step One Records. Over the next two years he released three top 40 records including the very popular hit “All Over Town“. He was voted the Independent Label Male Vocalist and Entertainer of the year in 1995, and shortly thereafter he made his debut at The Grand Ole Opry. In 1996 Don sang our National Anthem at the Daytona International Speedway. Don has continued doing what he loves through the years. Keeping his band in order and adapting to the demand for solo performances.

Dinner entertainment: Back by popular demand… Tony Stone and Artie Davis will be our Headliners this year! They opened up for Elvis at last year’s Relay Raffle and were a big hit! …This is “a must see” show.

Tony was with the Switch for a few years and then started a band that was together for around 12 years called Tung-N-Groove (known is as one of the best party bands on the East Coast.) They played all over the East Coast as headliners as well as the opening act for many major Country and Rock Bands from local clubs to huge concerts at Amphitheaters.

Artie has been with the Switch for many years. They also are very well known for rockin’ up and down the East Coast for the last 20 years. They have played almost everywhere and are still are one of the best party bands around. Artie has also been performing Classic Carolina Beach Music as a member of, the newly formed band, Ocean Drive. When he’s not singing and playing with the bands he can be found nightly hosting karaoke parties for his own mobile karaoke business.

This will be the first full event that Artie and Tony have done together in almost 20 years. They have both worked hard while staying busy, but in different directions! …You don’t want to miss this once in a lifetime performance!!

There will be a Reverse Drawing Saturday, March 13, 2010 at The National Guard Armory in Snow Hill, NC  for $4,000.
